Interviewing management initiatives from the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism, M Subcommittee, and related organizations

Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism's Social Capital Development Council's Residential Land Subcommittee Condominium Policy Subcommittee held the second meeting and interviewed the condominium-related organizations on appropriate management efforts.

In addition to introducing a system for evaluating condominiums that are properly managed by each organization, he appealed that policy incentives for appropriate management were important.

The subcommittee was established with anti-aging measures in mind. At the first meeting in October, not only the condominium itself and facilities are aged, but also a policy to discuss measures to deal with the shortage of management associations due to the aging of residents and the consensus on rebuilding.
