Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism begins to discuss performance indication on housing advertisement display = system introduction

The Housing Production Division, Housing Bureau, Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism has begun to study a system that displays the actual cost conversion value for the energy-saving performance used in a house in the advertisement display of the house.

Specifically, it shows the electricity, gas, and kerosene usage charges that are expected over a certain period such as the year. The policy is to sell and sell newly built condominiums and newly built houses, as well as rental housing. Last year, the Real Estate Information Site Business Liaison Council (RSC), which received support from the Bureau's environmental and stock activity promotion business, repeatedly discussed and examined "Utility conversion display", and based on this, the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism also examined it. It was decided to set up a meeting and move toward the introduction of the system.

We will publish a summary in late October, aiming to start partial introduction of the system around the end of the fiscal year.
