On June 16, Panasonic announced the interchangeable lens "LUMIX S 20-60mm F3.5-5.6 [S-R2060]" compatible with the Leica L mount standard. The body is kept compact while using a zoom lens that covers from a super wide angle of 20 mm. It appeals to people who want to enjoy Vlog as a lens suitable not only for taking pictures but also for shooting videos. The suggested retail price is 74,000 yen [excluding tax]. It will be released from July 22.
A zoom lens that covers a focal length of 20-60 mm. The lens configuration consists of 11 elements in 9 groups, 2 aspherical lenses, 3 ED lenses, and 1 UHR lens. Optimal placement of the lenses provides both excellent depiction performance and smooth bokeh. The shortest shooting distance of 15 cm makes it suitable for close-up photography.
