The rich practice! How to make your dreams come true

◆ "Note technique" to get rich. What are the rules?
What exactly is a dream fulfilling notebook?

In order to always think and write, the system should be notebook or notebook, and the system should be simple.

It is your brain that is at the center of your mind, and I think it's better not to have anything that hinders thinking. In that sense, note-taking can be used with a very high degree of freedom, but with the high degree of freedom, it reverts to the usual way of writing notes.

So, I showed you 10 tips as a "rule of iron". Please try to be aware of these ten rules as much as possible. In a short period of time, you will be able to take note of your own.

◆ 1. Put together only one notebook, always carry around, write as soon as you notice
Some people use different notes depending on the scene, such as notes used only for private use and notes used only for work. Or you may have separate notes for different purposes, such as a notebook for writing dreams and goals, an idea card for writing ideas, a notebook for minutes and interviews.

However, it is important to integrate notes into one book and pack everything in one book. Dreams, goals, ideas, memos at work, TODO lists, and private records are all in one book, and it is desirable that this one book completes everything.

Work ideas often come up outside of work. When you ponder in your work, the brain continues to think in the subconscious at other times, and the moment you take a break and suddenly release tension, ideas come out. Don't miss that moment.

There are ways to use post-it, etc., but it peels off while turning and goes to somewhere, it can not be linked to the idea, and it is not very easy to use not.

If it is just a memorandum or memo, post-it is also good, but as a tool to develop thinking, I feel a little lacking in power.

If you're using a personal organizer and you're used to it so you can't let go of it, it's best to use a personal organizer with a large number of pages to complete all the records, or a refill that can increase the number of pages.

And, very importantly, always carry it wherever you go. It is very important that you always carry one notebook, whether at work or private.

Images, ideas and ideas that come to your mind will instantly disappear and be forgotten when you float. As you dream before you wake up in the morning, you forget when you wake up, and after a while you hardly remember.

Our brains are better than any supercomputer, but they are like flash memory in terms of moment-to-moment memories.

It is extremely important that you carry your notebook “always”. Please always carry it even in private. Eating with friends, traveling with family, shopping and drinking parties.

As it may be difficult to have a dinner with a business partner or date, it is difficult to send it to your personal computer by e-mail on your mobile phone when you stand or write it on post-it, write it back and write it on your notebook Why not try it?

I often come up with ideas in the bathroom or in my futon, but I always jump out and write on my notebook.

◆ 2. The first two pages of the notebook are your dreams and goals
When you buy a new notebook, always write your dreams and goals at the beginning. The first page is only one side and space is small, so please use the next two pages.

One of the important things in making notes is to write your fearless ambitions at the beginning of the notes. It doesn't make much sense to make notes without any purpose.

Rather, if you do not have a dream or purpose, no keywords will be set in your brain, and you will not be able to pick up only the information you need from the vast amount of information that overflows the world. Then you end up with just memos, minutes, memorandums.

If you don't have the problem awareness of realizing your dreams, you won't find it in your notebook. In that sense, dreaming is an important thing that forms the basis of a notebook.

Also, writing at the beginning of a notebook creates a lot of frequency of looking back, that is, a chance to see it many times. Writing dreams and goals doesn't work because it's not always noticeable.

For example, if you can tell your company's annual goals, many people say, "What is it?" A theme that is not always conscious is not accompanied by the act of realizing it, no matter how much it is written on paper.

We will also post new dreams and goals that we have not achieved in the next new notebook. By posting it with your own hands, you will be more engraved with your consciousness and you will be able to realize that you have not achieved it.

◆ 3. The next four pages are used for the TODO list
Once you have written your dreams and goals, use the next few pages as a TODO list field. The TODO list includes everything about dreams and goals, as well as tasks that have already been decided and to do in private.

The TODO list should be increasing rapidly, so take some spares and reserve 4 pages for spreads. If TODO doesn't seem to fit in 4 pages, it is recommended to reserve 6-10 pages in advance.

I wrote what I need to do, including my work and my personal life, so without this note it would be hard. Therefore, there is always an incentive to carry around. So, never write in other notebooks or notebooks.

In addition, write down the TODO list focusing on the ones derived from the dream / goal list you wrote first. Then, set a deadline [month and date] for each goal, and start from the one with the highest priority accordingly. Finished things are erased with a red line.

By the time you run out of a single note, you'll have a huge list of to-dos, and they'll be erased and full of red lines. If you look at the huge number of TODOs that are erased by the red line, you can feel the fulfillment of "I have accomplished so many things."

If you have unprocessed TODOs, you may regret, saying, "That's all you can do. I'll start later in the morning tomorrow. "

Since I use thick notebooks now, I use up one book in about a month, and the TODO list has four facing pages. However, since 4 pages are not enough, the TODO list page is being moved to an intermediate page.

When adding a TODO list that cannot be written because the page is full to another page, transfer the unprocessed TODO from the previous page to the new page, and ensure the listability.

If TODO is scattered on various pages, leaks will occur, so it is better to put TODO in one place.

You may think that it is troublesome to post the same TODO, but it is proof that the raw TODO has not been able to run easily, so by writing with your own hands, “ I have not done this yet '' Be sure to do this, as it will give you a strong impression and you can double check.

When using up the current note and moving to a new note, the TODO that is not erased by the red line must be transcribed to the new note and transferred. These TODOs do not need to be distinguished from large ones to everyday small ones.

Also, please review the day after writing TODO. When writing, I feel excited and write a lot, but sometimes it doesn't make much sense. So, review it from the perspective of "is it really what you need to do?" And "is it what you need to do now?"

Many people get stuck on their own work because it is quicker to do it or because it is troublesome to explain to others. A day is 24 hours, but to make it 30 or 48 hours, you have to leverage the time and effort of others.

Also, TODOs will become unnecessary, meaningless, change priority over time, and additional TODOs will occur. Please correct such things steadily.

By repeating these reviews, you will be able to choose what is really important to you, what you should do for yourself, and what you can only do.

The density of your life will increase, and you will be able to spend the same time and enjoy a quality day that is incomparable to others.

4. Write the date, the name of the speaker, and the theme title in the header of the note
One of the rules is simple, but putting the date at the end of the note is extremely important. Checking later on when you wrote it is because you can follow the footsteps of thinking and realize the potential for development.

And please write down who you are saying. It's easy to see how other people's opinions and ideas spark their own ideas and make great progress and lead to new ideas.

Next, think of a title that accurately describes the content written on the page in one word, and write it at the top of the notebook. Writing a title about what you are doing will improve searchability when you look back later.

Also, thinking about the title will help you understand what is written on the page as a whole and think about the points.

◆ 5. Use plenty of space, one page per theme
When writing notes, it is important to take plenty of space and use it luxuriously. Because it is assumed that it will be added many times later.

You may be worried that it's a waste of paper, but that's fine. Because it is a notebook that can be written and used later, it is natural that there is margin, and it should be done rather.

Therefore, please write the next keyword or memo with a margin for at least two or three lines. It may be full of margins at first. However, the space will be filled up quickly because it will be reviewed and added many times later.

When writing, you do not need to worry too much about the balance and layout within the page. If you care about such things, it hinders natural thinking. Don't worry about the details, just write more and more.

That's why you can add and evolve later thoughts, deepened thoughts, new ideas, sparked and connected ideas, movements of your own mind and inspiration.

Of course, there may be some themes or keywords that end up without spreading the idea, but that's OK. In fact, many of my notes end up with a few keywords. But notes are not expensive, so use them luxuriously and steadily.

When writing, one page per theme is a rule. Use the next page when the theme changes without thinking that you have a blank page.

◆ 6. Write down memos, remarks, ideas, minutes, graffiti, as well as human words and your own words.
It's important to write in your notebook everything you think, feel, talk about others, talk about yourself, the contents of the book, the contents of business negotiations at the company, minutes, private events, hobbies, whatever is.

Write down your own words as you speak. As I read books and newspapers, I write down in my notebook what I felt and came up with.

For business talks and meetings, it is natural to write the words that the other party has given, and the tasks you have been given, as well as the ideas you came up with at that time, the things you felt, and the things that you thought were important. To go.

◆ 7. Link all keywords using lines and arrows
One of the important points of the note is to connect all the keywords, such as notes, minutes, ideas, meetings, etc., by connecting all keywords with lines and arrows.

The notes should not simply list keywords or write sentences in a buzzy way. Thinking is all continuously conceived for one theme in the brain. For example, what about thinking about the theme of making money?

Make money → Invest → Stock investment → Day trade → Respond to short-term stock price fluctuations → Busy → Work during the day may not suit me → Real estate investment? → Forex investment? → What about investment trusts? Isn't that the way you think?

In this way, all ideas are connected. Therefore, by connecting keywords with a line, showing a causal relationship with an arrow, or connecting the same classification with another keyword by enclosing the same classification in a circle or a square, a group of ideas of a series of themes is structured. The notes will be written without violating the idea of the brain, so everything will have a causal relationship.

And, on the note, it leaves the connection as if the neurons of the brain cells are connected more and more. When you actually try it, you will see that this alone activates the brain considerably.

In addition, it is important to use not only letters and sentences but also illustrations. Sentences and letters alone use only the language center of the left brain, which biases the way the brain is used. Visual expression with diagrams is most effective in activating the right brain and expanding ideas.

For example, it may be difficult to remember the past memories of words spoken or spoken by oneself, but it is possible to recall the scenery and the situation at the scene.

But you don't have to think hard about drawing or visualizing. Just connect the keywords with a line in the order of the idea, or connect the cause and the result with an arrow.

In this way, the completed memo is already structured and illustrated.

By showing causal relationships with arrows, things can be structured and understood at a glance. Then, the essence of the phenomena and problems will be revealed, and it will be easy to add them later, and it will be possible to have a broader idea.

So, if you're not used to it, you can force it, so try connecting the keywords with a line or arrow anyway.

All the keywords to be added later are connected by lines to make the structure. Then, you can get a three-dimensional view of the whole image, so it will be easier to remember it. You can review it in a short time later, and you can instantly find places where you can inspire ideas.

◆ 8. "Why?" And "So what?"
In order to improve your thinking skills, try to write while putting your own thoughts. This is a great way to train, especially when you write down notes on paper instead of thinking only in your head, because you can clearly see half-baked ideas and conclusions.

When I worked for a foreign-affiliated management consulting firm, my boss and my seniors told me, "Always keep asking why?" And "So What? [Three times]." Was.

For example, suppose you responded to the article "Stock prices are starting to drop" and wrote the keyword "stock prices have stopped falling". But this is just a list of facts and articles, and there is no irritation to your brain. Here we ask "why?" And "what?" And think about it.

Asking "So what?" Also asks "What do you do?" So why? Of course, especially to businessmen, ask yourself "What is it?"

You may have said in a remark or a discussion at a meeting, "I'm criticizing a lot, but I don't know what I want to do after all." At first glance, those people's remarks sound like they're justified, but they're the same as saying nothing after all, because they don't lead to action or they can't imagine TODO.

For example, in news programs and debate programs, there are many lines saying "Draft reform is necessary." I always ask "What is radical reform?", But this seems to be a good thing at first glance, and nothing is said. If you drop it on a piece of paper, the uncertainty of the statement will become more pronounced.

Asking “So what?” And “Why?” Is also asking the nature and significance of things.

Just thinking inside the head will lead to the next thought with half-hearted thoughts, but by dropping it on paper, half-hearted thoughts will be obvious at a glance.

Being able to recognize yourself as halfway through your thoughts is a starting point for deepening your thinking skills, so dig deeper into "what is it?"

◆ 9. Use color
I think most people use black ballpoint pens or mechanical pencils, but now you should use a three-color ballpoint pen. The three colors are black, red, and blue.

People read information at the highest speed, with colors most noticeable, illustrations second, and sentences last. In other words, the color can read information more quickly than anything in the diagram, and it is easy to remember it.

One commercially-available three-color ballpoint pen suffices, and if you put it in a suit or shirt pocket, you can use it at any time. The price is about 300 yen per bottle, so let's use different colors without being stuttered because only one color will be lost earlier.

The notes will be rewritten many times later, but at that time, I will change the color and write. By writing in different colors, it will be obvious at a glance that it was added later. Then you can follow the footsteps of your thoughts and follow your development.

The "three-color ballpoint pen" proposed by Takashi Saito, a professor at Meiji University, is also a method that gives meaning to colors, and I think it will be a powerful way to help your understanding if you master it. Too much use is counterproductive, but it's much easier to understand using colors.

◆ 10. Look back many times, inflate, add
Notes and notes are really meaningful if they are used. You can't improve your abilities simply by writing down or taking notes. That's what everyone else does.

While writing notes, there are many ways that you can come up with ideas, but if you look back after writing a note, you will come up with various ideas. If you look back several times over time, you will come up with novel ideas that you never thought of when writing.

This is because, with time, the words you write automatically mature in your subconscious. The maturation work is that the words and keywords you wrote are linked to your experience and knowledge.

Immediately after writing a note, you will have different experiences, gain different knowledge, and be inspired by different people.

In other words, after living in society every day, three days later, one week later, one month later, you are growing while inputting and outputting some information. In the meantime, values may change. Your perspective may change. Your interests may change.

Such a small change of your own is expressed on the paper by looking back at the notebook. Therefore, new ideas come to mind that are so rich and incomparable as when I first wrote them. In fact, I myself have been working on ideas and solving problems through investment and business in this way.

The ideas and keywords written first are like rough diamonds. Reviewing over and over again leads to polishing the gemstone and ultimately has a commercial value.

And like diamonds can be applied to other uses as ground drilling equipment and abrasives, they can be combined with other ideas to help further increase product value.

Cross sparks of ideas and ideas, a chain of ideas inspired by ideas, and more ideas come out, and a chemical reaction that ages information and experience.

Of course, there are only a few pages and themes worth inflating, even if you write a lot. I don't look back at every page over and over, but only on themes that are really valuable to me.
