Toyota announces lineup of "GR Yaris"! Pre-order is 6,000 units

Toyota Motor announced a lineup of the new model "GR Yaris" to be sold in Japan. Three grades are available: the RS with a 1.5L inline 3-cylinder engine, the RZ with a 1.6L inline 3-cylinder direct injection turbo engine, and the RC for a competition base. It has already started accepting web reservations, and it is said that about 6,000 advance reservations have been made in Japan and Europe so far. It will be released around September 2020.
