What are the characteristics of youth with high career satisfaction?

On February 12, employment support service "Hata Lactive" (operating leverage) for part-time workers and graduates announced the results of a survey on "full-time employees and part-time careers" conducted as the second edition of the White Paper on Youth and Jobs. The survey period was from November 15 to 18, 2019, and the survey targets 18-29-year-old high school graduates and college graduates who are freelancers and regular employees, with 2,006 valid responses.
